Edgbaston Priory Indoor Tennis Centre

Edgbaston Priory Club is a fantastic facility with top-notch amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. However, I’ve had some concerns regarding the tennis coaching. While some of the coaches are professional and dedicated, a few seem to show favoritism towards certain students, leaving others feeling neglected. This has, unfortunately, affected my children’s confidence and enjoyment of the sport. On a couple of occasions, my kids were left in tears because they felt overlooked and unsupported during sessions. It also seems that the mental and physical well-being of students isn’t always given the priority it deserves, which is disappointing for a club of this caliber. The club has so much potential, and I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure every child feels valued and encouraged.

Such a lovely place polite and friendly staff. A little experience for my pocket but had a great day.

You REALLY want to join this place? DON'T! I've never met such indolent incompetent, arrogant, ignorant MANAGEMENT in all my life! The problem? Little accountability. Make a complaint/raise an issue? Your mail is ACKNOWLEDGED... but there it ends! Disgusting...and members pay THEIR salaries!! Go David Lloyd, go University Sports Centre .... avoid THIS place...at all costs! The CEO WAS, once upon a time, CEO at Worcester County Cricket Club....that ended...shall I say...'unsatisfactorily'...!!! Now WE have to endure him!! Do NOT join here.
