Leicester Forest East Tennis Club

Joining LFE tennis club has without a doubt been the highlight of my year. As a beginner, I was warmly welcomed from the start when I tried the Saturday morning beginners coaching sessions. I regularly enjoy the cardio sessions alongside social play with friends I have made. My little boy attends tots tennis in the dome on a Saturday morning and he loves it! He’s also enjoyed the half term tennis camp, a great activity to do during school holidays. I have found the club is perfect for families. I have met some fantastic people here and made some new friends. I have found a love for playing tennis with the help of the fantastic coaching team. I have learned that improving fitness can actually be fun! If you are considering giving it a try, I couldn’t recommend this club any higher.

The Leicester Forest East Tennis Club have been extremely accommodating for myself and a young lady with autism who I am currently the PA for. The lady that I care for decided that she wanted to try playing tennis but had never played before. She found Leicester Forest East Tennis Club online and asked me to contact them. After many emails back and forth with Atif, we were made to feel very welcome. They allowed us to bring a service dog with us and helped us to choose a time when it would be most quiet to allow us to settle in. We are now full members of the club and have started going twice a week. For someone with Autism, it is so important to find places that they feel comfortable and accepted. This place has definitely accepted us and made both of us feel very comfortable and welcome.

Indoor courts and 3 outdoor clay courts with friendly but competitive atmosphere seemingly one of the best standard clubs in county for all year round. Very welcoming to new members and a great range of teams in all the divisions - men's, ladies & mixed- with thriving veterans section as well. Just go along!
